I can’t access my account!!
I tried to access my account and is saying that my password is incorrect even tho I haven’t changed my password and when I tried to changed it and put my last 4 of my phone number is saying that is incorrect I really need this fix asap!
Update
The update is very stupid, it is very stressful to navigate and figure out out to add a specific amount when you have prepaid lights. Please fix this. I don’t want to worry about my lights being cut off.

I was skeptical at first because it's your electricity and you don't want your power to get shut off because you paid through an app and it didn't work but......it worked! Made my payment and it immediately said balance 0! Still skeptical I called REMC just to make sure and she said yes the payment posts immediately and you show a balance of 0! You can set up alerts for power outages and payment alerts. Great awesome app I would recommend it to everyone!!
