1.11.2

November 20, 2020

Version 1.11.1 and 1.11.2: These quick updates fixed three bugs: • One caused the Advanced Search results to disappear when a user changed the sort method (Thank you Hannah G. for spotting this bug and letting me know); • The other kept users from being able to select the GOE subgroup from a DOT code and see what other DOT codes share the same GOE subgroup; and • A minor cosmetic fix. Version 1.11: MAJOR NEW FEATURE: Multi-Code search added • Add up to 6 codes into your Code Search at once and bring them all into a search list for easy access • Multi-Code Search is perfect for loading multiple occupations during vocational testimony during a hearing • Improved the interface for Code Search to reveal a preview of the entered code's job title, SVP, and strength rating before engaging search

1.10.2

Version 1.10.2 fixed two bugs: • fixed issue with iPhone 5s screen devices showing the wrong strength level in list views (Thank you Phillip for identifying this issue); and • fixed bug keeping advanced search results from being able to sort. Very exciting new features and improvements in Version 1.10, with the Advanced Search getting a major upgrade! The Advanced Search improvements include: • Search for occupations by their Work Force Requirements (i.e. how much involvement they have with data, people, or things); • Search by General Educational Development levels (i.e., the reasoning, math, and language requirements of the occupation). • Change each search component to look for the exact value or the minimum of the value you specify (you used to only be able to search by the maximum). Have you ever wondered what are the SVP 9 jobs? Just swipe left and find out! Other improvements and bug fixes include: • Better printing/emailing formatting to page-break correctly and adjust dynamically; • Added change log intro and version history page; •.Fixed bug in Transferability view where hitting group information button would cause crash; •.Fixed bug in color of email header bar; and •.Updated all WebViews screens to have consistent theme. Version 1.10.1 fixed a small bug that made the new change log intro screen I worked hard on not show up.

1.9

Job Sleuth now takes advantage of the full modern iPhone screen (iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max). Also included in this version are a host of other small improvements and bug fixes. Some of the fixes are: - Printing from the list views should no longer crash the app for any users. - The Transferability Analysis page had an issue with the layout of the modifier cells; no more. - Layout issues that kept some explanation pages from fully displaying are now fixed (e.g., explanation views for the SCO, Strength Rating, Work Force, and GED fields). - Improved visibility of navigation panel when emailing. - Made it even easier to leave a rating (I appreciate all positive reviews left!)

Job Sleuth is now Optimized for all iPhone Screen sizes in Version 1.8 Thank you for your continued support; your reviews (both new and updated) are incredibly helpful! Make sure to let all your colleagues know about Job Sleuth too! The biggest news in this update is that Job Sleuth now looks beautiful on all iPhone screen sizes. Ok, I realize the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus came out over a year ago, but better late than never, and I am very excited about finally pushing this update live. Better still, the groundwork I laid for this update will make future updates much easier to implement. In addition to supporting all screens, there are many user interface improvements that should make using the DOT even easier and more intuitive, including: landscape orientation support; also, now Work Force Requirements listed in the detail page are now identified (labels to the left of cell specify each class of requirement).

1.7.2

1.7.2: I discovered a bug with sorting an Advanced Search and squashed it. INCREDIBLE NEW FEATURE in Version 1.7 As of Version 1.7 Job Sleuth now includes the ability to perform an in-depth, powerful, lightning-fast, and Social Security compliant job transferability search! Use any combination of a job’s Work Field(s), MPSMS Code(s), SVP, Occupational Group, GOE code, and RFC to instantly find transferable jobs. This is a desktop-class feature usually found applications that cost many times more than Job Sleuth. It took a considerable amount of time and effort to make sure the disability transferability search works correctly, efficiently, and in the user-friendly way you have come to expect from Job Sleuth. I hope you enjoy the result! Make sure and tell all your friends and colleagues about this new update and remember to review Job Sleuth in the App Store!
