Gone are the days of following Giannis’ heroics; now, it’s just a glorified food delivery platform that can’t even deliver. Want to order a snack? Good luck! Your food either never shows up, or it takes a solid 45 minutes—by which time, the game is practically over. What used to be a tool for superfans is now a tragic waste of bandwidth. Best app EVER!!!!!
The first time I got this app, I thought I knew it was gonna be a good app, but it turned out better than I thought it was gonna be. It’s easy to find everything in the app.
Much worse than 4 years ago
I hardly use the app anymore. It is so difficult to find something as important as THE SCORE OF THE GAME!! Game 4 of the playoffs. I’m Internet challenged while traveling today. I just want the score!! Years ago it was so easy to see the game flow and statistics. At O ‘Hare and after 20 minutes of clicking I still am stuck on game 3. But I can buy a jersey. Ugh. I want the SCORE!!!

Constant Bug Where The App Can’t Refresh Tickets
The Bucks need to get better IT folks and work on getting the app in better shape. Makes me login every time I go to look at my tickets and then says it can’t refresh. Last refresh is usually 3 weeks behind.
