Buggy, atrocious app that fails and locks out customer
Unfortunately ICICI doesn’t let you manage some functions via their website, forcing business customers to use this buggy app that crashes constantly while performing user verification. I required to change my login method after a name change. Despite repeatedly having to uninstall the app just to get it to work, it eventually failed, locking out and requiring manual intervention from the bank.
And they still don’t have FaceID authentication implemented, forcing iPhone users to remember and manually enter complex passwords on their phones. Being forced to use this atrociously buggy app has resulted in a lot of lost time, and regret and dissatisfaction.
ICICI needs to trash this iOS app and rebuild it from scratch to modern iOS coding standards.

OTP always come after expire
Even to use iSafe, one need OTP.
About network, I have full network and all other OTP comes on time. This thing is constant, wherever I’m.
