Have used this app regularly for around 18 months for event ticketing. I have never had any issues with the app, and the team at Fatsoma are always quick to respond with any support or advice.

I love this app! It’s super cool with the number of events that it has per city and the process of purchasing a ticket is super easy. I even contacted their support team once because I ticket didn’t come through and they got back to me within 24 hours with everything I needed. I normally don’t take the time out for reviews but felt compelled given how great the customer service was

Have used Fatsoma & their scanning app for 10+ years and have never had any issues. Having used many ticket scanning apps in the past it is the easiest to use and the support service is great.
