  • A complete joke

    This app is terrible. Horrible UX. If you don't have perfect cell service, good luck using this app. It seems like this app was a complete afterthought and minimal resources were invested into its development. Please - try harder.

    So great to be able to build an app on the web and have it magically show up on my phone!
  • Crashes constantly

    App crashes daily multiple times. Unbelievably frustrating.

    I have had to delete then reinstall the phone app multiple times today.

    App won’t load/won’t login in newest iOS. Hoping for a speedy fix.

    TrackVia is an excellent tool to centralize & automate business data. We are a Gold partner and highly recommend TrackVia for our clients in many industries. We are continuously blown away with the flexibility it provides at the price-point. Nowadays, the mobile app is solid. TrackVia's mobile team has resolved many of the issues that plagued earlier versions (namely surrounding offline mode). They've also added FasTrack which is a neat machine learning feature for citizen developers. Deployment and management is also a breeze. We always recommend using an MDM like Intune to manage TrackVia mobile deployments at scale. The app supports SAML SSO, so the login experience is the same as employees using their desktop & laptop.   • Really poor performance

    Constantly crashes, have to uninstall and reinstall at least once a week.
  • Works well when it works

    I find the app crashes twice a month on average forcing me to delete and reinstall.
  • Program does not load

    When I attempt to start TrackVia it acts like it wants to load and briefly acts like it will startup then dies. IPad goes back to the home screen as if I didn’t select TrackVia at all

  • New update buggy

    Doesn’t repopulate values in tables like it used to. Whether this is intentional or not it now requires more clicks to get to your information and is clumsy to use
