Description of I can't wait

The application “I Can't Wait” is the tactile story of a life in the form of an unbroken red thread that unravels and tightens and stretches and moves along until the end. It is a moving story for all age groups, a simple tale full of emotion that anyone can share. The application “I Can't Wait” is adapted from the graphic novel by Serge Bloch and Davide Cali and offers readers an unprecedented tactile narrative experience that alternates animated and interactive sequences. Readers are carried through the story by the red thread that is shown unravelling before their eyes in a number of video sequences. They can interact with the thread by swiping a finger across the screen to set the action running again. André Dussolier reads the story and brings the words to life. He lends his voice to the character, and original music and sound design accompany the thread’s moods and energy as it moves across a variety of backgrounds.

This app includes images of war, childbirth, and death by illness. Although the description says all ages, it might be a more adult story than you’d care to share with your toddler.
