Perfect for the average person!

I'm always amazed that I feel like I got a real ab workout in 8.5 minutes (that's including 10 second breaks between each exercise). The videos are really helpful for form and tempo. Like other people already said, the 5 second countdown also helps keep you going and is a nice touch.

The BOMB!!

This app is great. You can choose how long you work out for so you can fit it into your daily routine. You can do it anywhere anytime. I do it twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening.

Have only done beginner, but it is fast and effective. Great for keeping me on track when I want to skip abs for the day!

Great Workout

I just did this ab workout & loved it. I like that it gives you 10 seconds to get ready for the next routine but I don't like the fact they want you to switch sides in the minute of a 30 second workout so I just back it up & do the other side for 30 instead of switching it in the middle of the routine. Love the voice telling me when to go & only 5 seconds left.
