  • Medication

I tried to enter my medication and only the calculator appears. I need a keyboard to enter the name/dosage.
  • Great App

This is a great app. So easy to use.
  • Hard to use

I would give this 2 stars but it provides graphs which is a good feature but you cant really put or lookup meal information which I don’t like. I also can’t enter the correct type of physical activity. The whole app is very limiting.

    Developer Response

please send me an email with the built-in feedback function and I can explain how to add your own activities.
  • Diabetic Dog

When you have a diabetic dog; journaling is so important. Between food measuring , testing BGs, measuring food, and injecting insulin.
Diabetic pets parents can get a bit overwhelmed. This makes journaling so simple and since it can be used on multiple devices, journaling and running curves while out and about, is easy !

  • Diabetes Pal

The software is great. I use it for my MinPin who is. Diabetic to keep track of everything. Thank you. My vet is impressed too!
I have one question. I’ve tried to ‘edit’ an entry for Glucose and I click on edit, put the check mark by the one I want to edit, but the only option is to ‘delete’ or the waste basket icon. I just want to add something. Do I need to delete the whole entry and then re-enter it with the information I want to add?? Thank you!

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Just press on an entry in the logbook then the form to edit the entry pops up. If you have more questions you can also write me with the feedback function in the app directly.
  • DEVS PLEASE READ

The app is absolutely awesome! Absolutely love it. I have a pretty serious question, however. If I switch to a new iPhone and I do the whole iCloud transfer thing, will all of my logs and stuff be saved via the cloud or no? Please read this and get back to me ASAP

    Developer Response

Hi, I have already given you an answer to the mail you sent me, with instructions on how to do it. I hope that helped. Please send me a mail back to acknowledge that it worked. Otherwise I am happy to assist you further.
  • Derrek Driskill

Wish it was just a touch mor flexible and intuitive but I love it makes tracking my actions real easy
  • My diabetes chart

I am currently looking forward to using the graph to monitor my diabetes.
  • Diabetes Pal

It seems to work very well. I started using it after I had to restart finger sticks. The calculated A1C is a nice touch. It works for me.
  • It is needed to pay to have the data in the iCloud

    I was expecting free app.
After entering my datas I found out having data in the iClaud is not free and I thought it was
Additionally, one need to pay to continue to use the app after 100 entries.
None of these is informed on the description.
I am looking for another app free of cost.

    Developer Response

This is the original text from the description of the app: „The free application offers up to 100 entries without cloud syncing. Standard License In-App Purchase offers unlimited number of entries. Cloud Sync license offers the possibility to sync data to other devices (separate purchase for iPhone/iPad and Mac version needed).“ What is unclear about this? Furthermore the app is marked as having In-App purchases. But of course you are free to look for a free app, if your personal Diabetes management is not worth the price of 1 day of your medication costs. But please do not tell wrong things about what is written in the description. I have not modified this description for years now and it is highly unfair if you claim otherwise.
