Interactive components could be better. Very sensitive to touch, and some not that intuitive.

Was expecting much better FMC emulation (which is primarily what I purchased for).

Value found more in the technical writeup and videos.

Opinion is the app expensive for what it is.

Either pay more for a better app, or don’t pay at all.

Good but needs to work at all times

App doesn’t work when you aren’t connect online. Ridiculous. Makes it essentially useless.

Hello, The 737 Handbook is available offline. If you are using it in flight deck, please make sure that you are NOT connected to onboard wifi network. You can test the offline functionality by switching your device to airplane mode and launching Handbook. When on wifi or on poor cellular connection, Handbook tries to connect to the server to fetch updates. Some onboard wifi networks will block the connection. If you still have issues, please send me an email to ultimate@737handbook.com - Petr

Stuck at 56%

Installed and deleted several times and always when I opened the app it gets stuck at 56% says I have a slow connection. I don’t, deleted and moved on to another App.

Must have for 737 Pilots!

I was hesitant before buying the premium version, but it’s absolutely worth it. All the information, along with pictures is so well put together.

Great App to Learn From

I love this app it explains the 737s systems in good and quick Detail and as I’m training to work on this aircraft this has helped me understand the systems better.

Amazing app in every way. The main downside is that now, every other app for any other model seems like junk. Wish you could make one for 777. Great job on this one.

Unable to download.

The app keeps stopping at downloading premium content and shows slow internet connection. I have 300Mbps connections
Taking forever to load the app.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback! Can you please change the internet access point (4G LTE)? Sometimes the VPN / Firewall setting on the wifi can block the download and cause the “slow internet” warning. This fixes the issue. - Petr

Premium content not available

Paid for the premium version and the app keep loading starting downloading content. Disappointed. I’d like a refund on please.

Hi! I am sorry to hear that you have issues downloading the premium content. If the download gets interrupted you can restart the app (killing it in processes and opening it again), alternatively you can just delete it and download it again from the AppStore, the premium download will be automatically restarted. Before you do so, check if your device has enough space on the disk. If the issues persist, please contact me on ultimate @737handbook.com and I will he happy to help. For refunds, you need to initiate the process yourself through Apple Support at www.reportaproblem.apple.com - Petr

Exactly what I have been searching for.

This app is a fantastic resource for anyone who wants to learn the 737NG/MAX’s systems, and to have a valuable flight deck reference when operating the airplane. Each system is explained and illustrated in a way that makes the fundamentals easy to learn and review, while also offering the depth required to gain a much deeper understanding.

As someone with a prior background in business aviation and its training infrastructure, I cannot overstate how disappointed I have been with the clumsy and archaic 737 systems references supplied by my company. They were obviously written to satisfy a legal requirement, rather than to clearly convey information. I have searched for a comprehensive and accessible systems guide for years—this is the one.
