Good but controls bit too sensitive
I like many aspects of this aspect but I find the aileron controls a bit too touchy that it's quite difficult to level out. I fly Rc planes and I know that given a well balanced foam plane should react a bit more stable than what the app simulatesEddieFC

I built an RC plane this past winter and now I'm afraid to fly it. Well, I will eventually and this virtual flyer is a great tool to learn with an very fun to use. I'm addicted! Thank you :-)PQ26
Decent
The app is fairly accurate in representing how difficult it is to fly. But the views of the app don't always allow you to see the horizon so you can easily get lost if you fly overhead. The app is probably much better on a full sized iPad, but it's pretty hard to see the plane on an iPhone.13Crickett

OK sim if you already know how
This is an okay sim if you already know how to fly. I don't.
I was looking for something very easy and simple so that I could learn the basics. If this were a real model in the real world I would have already invested thousands of dollars in crashed and ruined airplanes.
That's not my idea of fun. I wanted something easy enough that a nonexperienced person could learn the basic controls and then advance to more complex aircraft. But that's not the case with this application.
If you already know how to fly RC aircraft or are used to flight simulators, then by all means enjoy yourself! But if you're new to it, like I am, better look somewhere else. Or, maybe it's just me...Show lessrrhepme8

I agree with the comment below, it flies pretty close to the hobby zone champ. Great tool for beginners and experienced r/c flyers.
My only request is to please tweak the sound of the plane, it currently sounds like a cat being electrocuted. Everything else is perfect.Multar
