No instructions on how to work the filter feature. It would be nice to not see a list of every earthquake in the world

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Fixed iPad screens. Also fixed the hint text on some iPhones, it was missing the hint on how to use it. Also added a help screen for those who need additional info on how to filter.
