Great app but does any work well
Still crashing after more years use. I thought the new owners would sort this no sense but sadly not. My cable subscription also has to sues I'm finally looking elsewhere

App crash every 5 mins login
Hi please fix this issue, it crashes every 5 mins when I logged in and just scrolled to browse.
Most channels are locked
What’s the use of this app??? Most channels are locked in FMX even though you’ve paid and can be watched in normal set top box. What a disappointment.
It brings me to entertainment for 24/7
I can enjoy my favorite contents here and there.

Validating OTP Issue
This app requires you to enter the 4 digits OTP number for logging in. When I enter the first two number, it suddenly stop and it doesn’t allow me to validate it. No matter how many time I’ve tried, it fails!! Please fix this issue.
Crashes immediately
The old app worked fine but updated to this and it crashes immediately upon opening on my iPad. Everything is up to date. Please let us know if there is a fix as we subscribe to big tv in Indonesia only for this app.
Crashing and no supported answer and no solution
Always crashing after updating apps since oct 2018. Why should i pay for fmx fee every month but i can’t use the apps??? And there’s no supported answer and no solution from provider.
