Reviews of Eyefinity EHR

  • Awful EHR

I’ve reluctantly used this app/ EHR for over a year. It’s not intuitive and obviously adapted to optometry by people that do not understand the profession. This app can be quick if you have nothing to document outside of an sRx but quickly becomes time consuming with many buttons to push for simple documentation. Often has bugs and in one instance lost/ unable to recover all charts that were recorded for the day. The spell check doesn’t even have optometric terms in the vocabulary. Avoid this app if you value your time and sanity.
  • Everytime they update they mess things up

The latest update 3/14/24 makes it impossible to finalize a glasses RX. Each time they update, they mess something vital up. I’m getting really tired of this! I wish we could change our EHR to something more reliable
  • Slow and tedious

App is not intuitive and requires a ridiculous amount of input for simple documentation.
