App has deleted all my progress and cant log in

Was really enjoying the app….9 days into my challenge and was loving the progress chart, pics, logging. Then it started glitching a lot and crashing. - o deleted lots of apps, creating storage etc etc, restarted phone and my last option was to delete the app as I am a subscriber and assumed the data is held in cloud. Redownloaded and now way to access my progress, and have to start from scratch.

Very frustrating and please devs respond if there’s a way I can access again!!

AVOID - Still being charged after cancellation

I downloaded the app from Facebook and canceled it in the app but have been continuously been charged. There is no way to get ahold of the company to get my payment removed and subscription cancelled to show on their records.

Bugs

After about the 30 day mark, the app reset and deleted all my progress photos to start all the way over.. for an app I had been paying for, I think this is unacceptable.

Unable to cancel

I am trying to cancel this as my minor teen signed up for this via a web link. I can not find it on my Apple subscriptions. I sent an email to support but no response. I do not want this.

Buyers remorse

I liked the app despite the glitches previously but yesterdays update left me back at day one though im now successfully on day 56. I finished my last item after midnight and went to log it in to complete my day (completely allowed by 75 Hard rules). Says I failed challenge. There used to be an option you could click to say you actually completed the day. Now, nothing! Day 1. Just like that. 1000% definitely do not recommend at this point.

What a joke

Paid for the app says modules are optional but without completing them it holds you back. App doesn’t let you adjust or go back if you forgot to log for the day. Very glitchy. I will be uninstalling and filing a dispute for my card. This app is all scam

Very disappointed

I purchased the lifetime for what I believe was 19.99 at the time. I RARELY ever do paid apps but this was something I was doing with some friends, so I went for it. I had issues from the beginning. Every time I would oven the app, it would prompt me with a purchase pop-up when I already purchased. I just would select start and it would bring me right there. It was annoying but tolerable. But then, I wasn’t able to look through my progress photos without it glitching and crashing. Frustrating. Now, when the purchase prompt comes up, it is actually trying to get me to pay. $70.00 for lifetime. I already purchased lifetime. I made it to day 38 and I can’t continue because I can’t get in anymore.

Do not purchase this app. I would give it no stars if I could. They charged me TWICE plus an international fee and after I cancelled it well before the 7 days was over, I was still charged the full price for the membership. This is a scam.
There's no way to get in contact with the developers. There's no number, no email address, nothing. Please do not sign up for this. They are still trying to keep charging as of today.

I have cancelled and was still charged. Can’t get ahold of anyone. This app doesn’t even have workouts. Just a tracker. 10000% a scam. Read reviews. Do not make same mistake as me. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY

Scammer

I wanted to cancel my subscription the moment I got it and couldn’t find a single way to do it. I called my card holder and told them to not let them pull any future payments out and the app still took my money under a different charge name! Still haven’t figured out how to stop it other than changing my card number

Scam

I tried to join this app off of instagram- I never received any way to log in or download this app, nor any way to contact support, and so I never got to even trial this. Now they are attempting to charge me for an annual membership. I had to find this app based on the logo in the initial sign up email. Do not download, and @ this business, stop trying to charge me and give me my money back!

Cant see progress pictures

The further you get into the challenge, you cant view your progress pictures as the app crashes. Considering I paid for it too..not cool
