Sincerely, this is the worst app on my phone. It's like a half-finished coding bootcamp project that tens of thousands of people ate told they *must* use on a regular basis. And while I only have to use it a couple times per year (to get into games), each time is a disaster. At the time of writing this, I've tried every trick I can think of to view tickets *I've already purchased*, and still, the "Tickets" screen crashes immediately upon opening. The logout doesn't work, so the only way to reset and try again is to completely delete the app. Oh, and if you touch the "Home" screen in the wrong place (a round button at the bottom of the screen), a modal pops up that says "No errors logged", and there's no way to close it. Amateur Hour.

I can’t change my email address on the profile.
I think not having this feature is a huge inconvenience. I need access to that part of my profile in order to download some concert tickets and I have to wait until I get a response back to see if that’s even possible.

This site won’t allow me to verify my email so I can’t see my concert tickets I purchased. The concert started almost 2 hours ago and I’m still trying to access the tickets. I hope I’m able to see the show I paid for tonight.
