Fun for what it is.
I love learning about new products and how to educate people in HR products. I love the live events and the chance to win a prize just for showing up. It’s also nice to occasionally get a free $5 gift card but I absolutely hate the play zone because no matter what, I never win anything of substance. I just went through 318 coins and got nothing. I have used this app for probably 7-8 years and never get more than a $5-$10 gift card every few months. I have taken and completed 893 courses…. And nothing to show for it. I love learning with SellPro. Sometimes, I win gift cards, nice swag items(caps, mugs , journals, throw, etc), a monitor, hp envy laptop , and even hp smart tank printer or a couple of wonder boom speakers! Tech is always changing and I have learned so much over the last couple of years in this app. Great knowledgeable hosts in the live or virtual events and you meet other people that work in retail like yourself! I usually give this app five stars because it allows me and my team to learn a lot of stuff about HP and other products. while learning you get giftcards, or movie, tickets and other stuff such from the pro shop. I’ve noticed this year though they’ve stopped using the pro shop. Like drastically which is a real bummer.. it was a good way for me to entice my team at work, to stay up on the trainings.
I do love the zoom like courses where you can actually talk to HP reps while they intro the course you selected. my only two gripes is a lot of the prizes you can win in the pro shop demand going to a seminar virtually. If a non-HP seminar, then I can take a week to even book a slot, which, then out of out of mind. Secondly back in the day, They used to pick two people to win the gift card at the end of the course/seminar. Now they only pick one to win the gift card. It’s hard for me to get my team to use sell pro on their off hours for free.
That assign I think the app is a great way to learn, and earn to help my team better, HP, logitech and other stuff my store has to offer.Show lessAyepk
App works half the time
I got a invite to this app from my work definitely wanted to learn more about steel series since it is the number one headset we sell and same with the kontrol freaks courses either don’t load up or take forever to load it would be nice to have an area where I can download associates of each type of headset to show to my guests on a none in Porten note the prize system you have is very confusing I’m not doing this for free product but if you’re gonna offer it I’d rather it be some kind of raffle or a point system from all the course you doShow lessijustneedthem Diamondsyo
Won gift can’t claim
I have won three cards so far and can’t claim any. I uploaded a pay stub the first time and nothing happened. And get a letter from HR? A mgr told me he didn’t have to do that. Why verify if you tell me what store I’m at ?
There has to be an easier way. My second card I just forgot it I didn’t go thru the hassle.
I just won another card today and I bet I don’t get it either. Tell me an easier way please.
