I cant log in to my AJ account. Please update this so I can get my joey and also put my gems to my AJ account online.Computers & latops

It won't download I have enough space it won't download I even checked I have 615mb and it takes 145mb but using download p,ease fix that I wasted $2 on an app that won't downloadApp reviewer not lol

I would like in the update if there could be eyelashes on the kangaroo like if u are a girl. Otherwise I love how you can transfer and I can let my sister earn gems on there then she can log in and earn it on her account. It is so worth the two dollars!!! Okay but...
I play animal jam regularly. But one day I went to go play Jump when it said "There was an error. Please enter your information again." So I did just that. Then it said "Password not recognized. Please enter your information again." So I did. But the message popped up again. This time I entered the exact same thing into Jump and AJ at the same time. It logged me into AJ, but not Jump. Can't log in on iPhone
Have been unable to log in since the update. My sister is getting the same message on her phone. Love the game...just can't log in. I tried deleting and downloading again. Same message.Jett
Animal Jam Jump
The game works but it only keeps me logged in for a second before error 403 is displayed and it kicks me out. So I can't send any of the gems over to the AJ main gameSezzieeee

I love this app but I really wish that you could also transfer you gems to you computer animal jam account. Please try and fix this.appadicter101

This game is sooooo totally worth it one thing though, can u make it so u can make ur gems to to the iPad animal jam? Other than that it is best app in 2015 & 2016! I'm loving this appIt is so pointless!
