The app was working fine until the last iOS update. Please update the app
Used to work but no longer
Used to use this app to remotely lock and unlock my doors but they don’t seem to believe in updating their app. Now when I try to unlock and secure doors the app just crashes. Since the website uses Flash I can no longer remotely manage my door access with my phone. This is making me look into a new door system.

New App on the horizon

I know the app isn’t usable after the last update, but a new version of the app should be released in the near future. I do caution that with the recent closure of Interlogix by Carrier, the next release will be the last.

Stopped Working
The App did exactly what I needed it to do up until the latest iPhone update. Now, the only thing it can do without messing up is show the event log. I need it to be able to lock and unlock doors which it did fantastically for about three years. I’d appreciate it if you could fix it so that it can go back to doing its main function.

Broken after iOS 13
This app will not work properly after iOS 13 update. Company hasn’t responded at all. Looking at different companies that updates their software and hardware more than TruPortal.
Truportal App does not mesh with IOS 13
We have emailed Interlogix after Truportal app stopped working and we cannot access our doors via smart phone. We have sent several emails of our concern regarding this, we do not understand why Interlogix does not put forth an effort to correct this issue. Right now not this app is not useful.
App is useless right now
I have contacted Interlogix about this app not being updated and they simply refer me to the company that installed our equipment. But that company has nothing to do with the software behind the equipment. This app needs to be updated and doesn’t work with iOS 13. Very frustrating.
No Longer Functional
The app. locks up EVERY time we attempt to use it! This issue began immediately following the latest IOS update. This app. hasn’t been updated in three years! Do not attempt to use it until it is updated. Very poor customer service!
Please Update APP
This app was working just fine, but lately I cannot access the monitoring section to unlock and lock my doors. Basically there isn’t any reason for me to use the app if I cannot access them. Besides nothing is connected or in communication with the alarm monitoring system. Very frustrating. Thanks.

Needs to be updated
We’ve had this app for a while now and it has worked fine. TruPortal, it seems, is under the impression that they don’t need to update it. Because of this, it’s not working right, not showing all of our doors, and causing issues. I would not recommend this app to anyone else until they update it with the new iPhone update
