Just down loaded this app, seems like a good idea but you can't use it unless you give your email away, of which I'm not willing so can't use this app, shame, would like to try it, so only one star unless they make it useable without having to sign in, then I will change my rating.Occationalreality
Worthless app
Horrible app. Couldn't take down the simplest of notes, from an in-tune piano. It literally didn't get a single note right. I even tried hitting 10 middle C's in a row slowly and evenly it recorded a hodgepodge of different notes of different lengths. I was in a perfectly quiet room. It gave me every error message possible (like too short, to loud, too quiet,too much noise in the room). Wish there was a way to at least input your own notes onto the staff. Sure wish I hadn't wasted the $. Don't bother with this.Show lessqbj
It works.
It's only going to work as well as the input it gets. I am able to make nearly perfect scores using concertina at medium speed.1ndea
Potentially great app
Potentially this app does exactly what I need - a way to convert audio to notation. However it is not very accurate as yet - pitch sometimes an octave out and note values are impossible to correct manually as far as I can tell. I am glad I only paid 79p for it as I feel it is still at the experimental stage. I do hope the developers keep working on it though as it is much needed. I had hoped to be able to open the app on my iPhone as well after downloading on my iPad but it does not seem to recognise that I have already purchased it. To be truly useful it needs to be available across all devices. I have the free version on my Mac but again with limited success to date.Show lessMonJ<^^>
No quantization capabilities
I tried the app by singing a few melodies. Some turned out pretty good, others not at all. It is very inconsistent, which is strange. Unfortunately you can't quantize your performance. The app's editing tools are very confusing. They are of no use to me.
I also have the Mac version of the app which is a little better.
I would not recommend this app if you just want to use it to not forget your musical ideas. For that you are better off using a recorder app.Show lessTgjazz

Won't work. Error Messages
Paid my 99 cents. Can't log in. Can't sign up. Says my email address is already in use. Won't accept any of my normal passwords. Won't let me log in through Facebook either. Says there's an error, to contact you with the error message (null). There is no way to contact you except by this review. Hope you read it. Disappointed. Can't really rate the program so I give it one star so you'll notice and contact me, except there's no way to contact me. Maybe I'll check back to these reviews. Maybe not.Show lessAcadiahiker
Not really catching the right notes
I played a song to get the notes. Compared it with the original notes and it wasn't even close.F.lintl
