No support
I don’t think this app is supported anymore. It’s a different app for the phone than for the iPad. By paying a fee, the apps will sync, so at least the lists are the same. However, there is no bar code scan in the phone app. And when one wants to add a photo for a book because there is non available online, both apps crash. Just doesn’t work. So I guess I am paying Wonjae Choi $2.99 a year for something old and no longer stable. I would like to find a new app, but it’s daunting to think I have 1000+ books on this app!

Stuck at verification
I have not even been able to create an account it ask for an email for verification, then states that it has been sent but I never get an email verification.
No support
I have been using this app for years. It was one of the first I got for my iPhone. I loved it. Then I got it for my iPad and paid to be able to sync between the two. I could never get it to work. I was able to send an email with my problem and got a quick response, but I still could not get it to work, so I gave up. All of a sudden in December 2020, the app on my iPhone wouldn’t open. When I touch the app, it opens and immediately closes. I tried making sure I had all the Apple updates done. Still doesn’t work. I decided to see if I could get the app to work on my iPad. And it did! And I was able to get it to sync and load all my data. So I deleted the app on my phone, then redownloaded it. Still doesn’t work. So I tried downloading the older app (not the HD). I was able to log in but when it tries to sync, it reaches 47% and never gets any farther. I found a support email and sent my problem to the developer. That was weeks ago. No response. It’s a great app. But I want it on both my iPhone and my iPad. I am paying for that subscription. So where is the support?

Cash problem
With the latest update to IOS 14, the app on my iPad will open but is unresponsive.
I love this app and use it a lot. Please send a fix soon. I have not had a problem on my phone.

Locked out
After using this app for over 10 years I can’t get into my account. Lost info on 1000 books. No response from support.
No longer worth bothering with
I had more than 700 books on this app and had been a premium member last year. Sent several emails to the developer from both devices and he never responded. Never did synch my iPad all year to the reads I had entered from my iPhone.
Then my premium membership runs out so the account is locked. I waited and waited for a 3 part process : sync- archive - device and server to switch to a standard acct with my iPhone. Just froze in process 2 hours on WiFi waiting.
Something seriously wrong here. So I decide to start a new account and begin again for 2020. And the stupid passcode system he makes the new account go through via email by an assigned code does not work either.

Having logged in >100 reads in 2013, the iPod Touch/iPhone version of this app has ranked 'up there' on 1st page apps in spite of its refusal to go universal. I thrilled to hear its developer had finally come round to accommodate the iPad.
In short, it's worth the bucks to upgrade and synch your books over. I had some difficulties hauling in all my reads, but a the developer's prompt and kindly email response with instructions assisted the change-over handily.

아이패드와 아이폰에서 둘다 사용하고 있는 유저입니다. 두 기기간 싱크가 필요해서 프리미엄을 구입해서 매년 비용을 지불하고 있는데 언제부터인가 아이폰으로 싱크가 전혀 되고 있지 않습니다. 싱크가 되고 있다는 표시는 나오지만 아무리 시간이 지나도 되지 않아요. 이 문제가 어떻게 해결될 수 있는지 답변해주시면 좋겠고 버그라면 조속히 해결해주시길 바랍니다. 이 가능때문에 유료앱으로 그것도 매년 비용을 지불하고 있는 고객들이 있다는 사실을 무겁게 인지하시고 책임감을 가지고 하루빨리 해결해주시고 업데이트 내용을 앱스토어에 공지해주십시오.
Still broken in iOS 13
I’ve loved this app for years, but iOS 13 broke it and it still isn’t fixed. I emailed the developer but got no response.
Adding a bookmark with the percentage dial doesn’t work.
Marking a book on your Now Reading shelf as finished doesn’t remove it from the shelf and sets it back to 0% read.
And there are other problems. I sure hope the developer can fix this wonderful app and make it useful again!

Bookmark not working
Since the IOS 13 update the Bookmark feature won’t save unless I turn off my iPhone and back on, then it shows as saved. Same issue when marking a book read.
I really like the app & have been using if for a long time so I hope the developer fixes this problem.
