They don’t work
We bought smart soles for my Dad and they have worked twice. He has left the house at least 20 times since we got them but it only tracked him twice. The Company is very difficult to get hold of. I don’t think I can get my money back for the insoles but if they don’t start working in the next week I just hope I can discontinue the quarterly service fee. We shall see since it is so hard to talk to an actual person.
