Very simple

This piece of software works a treat if you have compatible barcodes.

If you just want to scan the barcode and give it a QTY then you want this.

You can then email the data which outputs two columns in CSV format for you to do with what you want.

Stocktake done!

This is by far the easiest stocktake I have done thanks to this app. There were a couple of glitches and there are some things that would improve its use. I scanned 100-250 items before emailing them across each time to transfer manually into Retail Manager. The glitch (which only happened once) was that in one batch, half the items were packed into one cell instead of their correct position on the spreadsheet. They were still separated by commas though, and I was able to format and merge enough to do a printout and save the information. Suggestions for improvement would be to keep the transfer of information in it’s original order. As we had not registered the barcodes in the app, we only had the numbers to go off of. As they were not transferred in original order, it was difficult to track down when there was an incorrect scan. It would also be VERY convenient to transfer the information across as actual scannable barcodes. This would save the manual input. All in all, this app did exactly what I needed it to do and it was a great help to the stocktake. Thank you 😊

Unsupported Barcode

Keeps saying unsupported barcode? Not much use!

No import feature.

No import feature = waste time re-entering your existing products.

It kind of works

So, I did a stock take yesterday and decided to use this app. Let me start by saying it worked in that I was able to scan product barcodes and make a list that was then emailable as a .CSV file.
The downside having spent a morning scanning 626 items is that the app is not ergonomically designed. I was always on the verge of dropping my phone because of the position of the scan button. There are no instructions within the app on how to use it or the different functions available and it did sometimes struggle with a barcode. That said, if it didn't read a barcode I was able to manually input the correct code and delete the wrong one.
This app would have got 5 stars if it had included instructions on its use and the most important button that you have to press to scan each item was more accessable. It should be a one handed job, but isn't.

Great counting app

Very fast and efficient app. No incessant frills.

My only complaint is I can't enter 0 on an item efficiently. You enter 0 - the app changes it to 1. You then edit the list, unlock the item, change to 0, and lock the item.
