No longer getting updates
Played this game for years suddenly can’t get updates, what’s happened?
Please fix
Can’t get into the game. Keeps throwing me out every time I try to open it…. So frustrating
Like game but
I’ve been playing this game since may. I like the game but Something happened and I lost my friends and I don’t get any special tasks for Halloween, academy, etc. It seems like I’m being restricted in some way. I would love to have this resolved or explained how to resolve it.
Tired of being cut off
He never gives me credit for the crops i plant, cuts me off & says theres no time left when there is time left, never lets me finish building any of his contraptions, just store them like junk unfinished, a game should let you atleast finish building after it ends, at your own pace for the sake of the concept, whats the point of conserving science anyway ? Does anyone read this? He gives assignments to harvest crops at neighbors, cant obtain when i try it cycles over & over to same farms that arnt even growing any crops.

I like the game very good game from fred
Game not working on new iPad Pro.
I have loaded this game twice from old iPad. Once through quick start and once through iCloud back up. Both times the game goes through a lengthy update, then crashes. Clicking on the icon again it loads to about 30% then crashes. I have closed out app. Restarted iPad numerous times. No success. I have played this game for a long long time. Please help

Can’t open on my iPad version 15.5 other factors
Keeps crashing to desktop every time I try to open the app. Tried vpn and so on didn’t work. Could use some day/night cycles. Where did the video for gold go???? Ill gladly invest hours watching vids for gold pieces. Wouldn’t mind an overhaul on the game to improve its graphics cause I've liked this game since 2015.

Does anyone read this? Another unfinished project just to throw in storage. Other games such as Atlantis Odyssey have a time frame so you know exactly when it ends. Today the solo professor ended abruptly where everything working for is removed. He gives no explanation. Maybe he could do what other games do & have a team do he isn’t always alone in his actions

Game won’t load
I have been playing for years and love this game. I had to get a new I-pad and your don't support the version. It is a 9.0. Will you be updating soon for this version? I was in the middle of the train competition and would like to finish my train.
