Renewing drivers license
1. Unable to renew drivers license
2. Unable to update address
My license expired, my file is located in Sharjah and I can’t even renew my license. No way to contact support. No notifications from Government about services being down or unavailable. Heavy application, slower than windows PC.

App problems
I tried to update my address and the app wouldn’t let me then it would freeze. I went to pay and it closed me out. I called the number it was always busy.UAE teacher driver
User friendly GUI
Very user friendly GUI. All the services are available at our finger tips. But the app is relatively slow & the bottom buttons of the screen requires multiple touches to invoke the login/ settings option.Aashi!!!
