No kph option, and stats button doesn’t work. Everything else works nicely. Good app, but at top dollar I’d expect it to be more robust.
Not radar
This is not radar is a "click-click" stop watch! Way to many variables to be even close to being accurate!
Not what you think it is
This is the same old "start stop" radar. Prettier than most. But only as accurate as your fingers and eyes can coordinate the button. Why they get to call these "radars" is beyond me.
Closest to the real radar gun
Once you get the timing down, it gets fairly close to the reading I got from the radar gun I bought from eBay. Kudo to the developer.
My go to app
This app blows all the other baseball radar gun apps out of the water. It gives me the most accurate and consistent reading once you get the timing down.
Baseball Radar Gun
My pitch is about 67-73 during warm up and 57-63 during games. The app shows an average 89 during warm up and 65 in games.
Amazing user interface
I have tried pretty much all baseball radar app out there. This is by far the highest quality. The kids absolutely love it!
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
This is just a stopwatch. Impossible to accurately use.
Good app and easy to use, but needs a few important options.
Purchased to measure my son's pitches during games and lessons, but there is one crucial detail missing. The app allows for three settings to determine distance from the mound to the catcher: little league, majors, and softball. However, the little league setting does not give any options for distance specific to age group. The setting does not state if it is for 40', 50', 54', etc. This certainly will make a difference in calculating pitch speed. If this is fixed then it will be a great app.
