Dear Frustrated Lawyer, our apologies for the poor experience that you have had with Link. We would appreciate more specific feedback; please contact us directly through our website. We are releasing a major UI update soon that I hope will address your UI comments. Your experiences with document formatting and crashing are a surprise. Our data from Apple does not show much crashing in our app - please upgrade the Link app and iOS to the latest. That may help. Also, our document rendering is usually a strength of our product.
