This update allows the user to generate a model Consent Form in addition to the 2257 documentation. Such consent forms are often required by online platforms before publication of the performer’s content is permitted. The user can designate multiple websites and / or accounts that are authorised to publish the content, and select a date when the permission expires. The updated app allows the user to electronically sign the Consent Form along with the 2257 document. The update also enhances app functionality including a Delete Account and Back feature, and saves previous information as the user navigates between screens.

SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE MADE EASY! This productivity app is designed to allow producers of certain erotic-themed images or video to easily compile, store, and transmit model age and information records required by U.S. law. Performers, photographers, website operators and others involved in the production of such material must generate legal records containing specific categories of information under Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 & 2257A (“Section 2257”). A copy of the performer’s picture ID card must also be included in the records. Some online platforms also require a written record of consent by the performer to be depicted on a specific website or account. Quick 2257® allows you to: • Create a form containing the performer’s legal name, stage names, and/or aliases; • Record the date of original production of the depiction; • Identify the title of the work associated with the depiction; • Capture the performer’s picture ID card and verification photo on the mobile device; • Sign and verify the accuracy of the information using the touch screen; • Create a written, signed consent form authorizing publication of the depiction; • Compile all information into convenient .pdf forms; and, • Store the records on the device or email them to the records custodian. This app distorts the quality of all images and documents, so everything is blurry and not accepted by sites. Stick to paper.

This will cost you!
The app saves the files very blurry. You could lose thousands in shoots are at best have a headache tracking down models to resign….and we know what that’s like!

Don’t buy
The app is a good idea but is fatal for records keeping. When the model signs form on app and you look at signature it looks great. When you save it the model’s signature is completely blurred 100% of the time. I recommend screen shot. This app will cause you headaches and trouble. It’s a complete disaster. Avoid.
