Purchased an e-book on the WK site. Received my confirmation email with a link to download (and confirming my account name) and instructions to download this app. The app instructions takes you to a customer service query page (which they have yet to respond to after 4 days), and the app, which I finally found in the App Store doesn’t recognize my account. Finally, I’ve already been charged for the e-book. Seriously?
WK, as a publisher who doesn’t share some of your content with large book sellers like Amazon, please get your act together!
