Last update was 2 years ago which is okay when it’s running bug free, but when you need support, following their directions, they’re totally ignored. Such a disappointment to have multiple years of game experience and substantial game dollars credit to not be able to transfer to a new device. All my other games transferred on their own without needing to contact any support, I wish 41-games would write their program the same way or else staff their support line to fix this.
