Altimeter doesn’t work
Cool looking layout, map and compass work, but always says sea level on the altimeter. There is a mysterious stopwatch with no start button.
Not working
App looks great. Displays information in an a great format. However, although the timer runs and the location tracking is accurate it doesn’t display speed or distance data.
Less than Impressive
Several fields only indicate a value upon power-up, then remain fixed. (Speed, Average Speed, Distance Traveled, etc). This app is entirely useless.
Almost there... 5s, 6, 6s, 7...
I’ve always liked this app... until I got an iPhone X. Please please please make it compatible . Right now it’s a stretched out mess.
No longer works correctly
Was A brilliant app but since yesterdays upgrade the compass is now just an oval line on map. The speed nolonger works just locks on maximum speed now have 2 boxes showing max speed and no current speed .

Tricked
I like the app, but feel that the way they present the option of removing ads is misleading. Option pops up for add to be removed. After multiple times saying "no" I finally agreed. It doesn't say anything up to this point about spending money. All of the sudden it pops up asking for finger print to authorize. I was thinking this is just part of the process, but before I read the small print that you were actually spending $3.99 it had already read my print and authorized the purchase. I don't think this app is worth $3.99, but also feel mislead!

Looks the goods!
Just downloaded the latest Altimeter GPS App, certainly looks impressive and packed with useful features. I'll be checking its accuracy against some other devices, but initial indications are good.
Application freezes from Adware
This app works pretty well tracking and mapping location until the Adware it supports, stops it cold. I was hiking and letting the app track my progress but found it was continually stopping to suggest I install a "Google app", or a "New York Times reader". If you do not close these ads, the app stops tracking location. If they make a version without the Adware I'd rate this higher

Great app
This is a fantastic little app for what I need. The only thing I was love to see on this would be the option to drop another pin so you could plan your route before you leave. That way it would make it so much easier to fly to your destination. Then it would be 5 stars!!
