I need to verify my phone number (USA based)
In your drop down menu, USA is listed as a country to verify phone number. I entered my number and waited 300 seconds and still haven’t received my verification code. Does this app work outside of Macau or Hong Kong?
I don’t know what to do
I need to create and verify an account for a concert in Macau. However, the app will not verify a phone number that is not Taiwan (not even Macau number) even though a bunch of countries are listed. I tried calling customer service 100+ times but no one would pick up. I am so sad that the artist I am looking forward to went to this event organizer😭

Trouble with Registration and Log In
I’m trying to sign up to purchase tickets for an event when I visit but it won’t seem to send the code to my phone even though my country is listed. Please fix.
