put in my policy number and car registration all i get is an error, so enter all details in manually and still get an error. waste of time
Waste off money
Managed to get one claim through where they came and fixed is am guessing because once you do one claim there’s no going back! Get ever get on to the app and then when you do you send all the photo with a measuring tape clear as day for then to then email you that they ‘can’t see the damage’ and to send more photos! Total joke !

Smart app
Dreadful! Wasted all morning trying to put wheel claim through and like previous reviews, system kept going round and round and would not progress claim at point of illustration of where damage was on car! Will be making formal complaint, as now been holding on the telephone for a response for 15 minutes already, and still holding!!

Appalling
Like the previous reviewer after several attempts I got pass the white screen of death, took some photos and then it asked for any other areas and that was it going round in a never ending loop could not proceed any further so had to give up and ring company instead total waste of my time, would have been good it it worked.!!

Annoying!! Doesn’t work!!!!!
First time I used this app it worked wonderfully and was very simple to use. I come to use it again and all I get is a white screen doesn’t load I find this incredibly annoying as do others that have used this in the past please fix this issue!!!!
Useless. Does not open!
Downloaded this app because I need to make a claim. But when I open it, all I get is a white screen. Maybe its a bug that needs to be fixed but previous reviewers from a few months ago have said the same thing. Disappointed that it hasn't been fixed yet!
App no longer working
I’m trying to load the app to put through a claim and it won’t even load. I’ve tried everything and it’s not working. Really frustrating! What am I paying insurance for if I can’t claim!
Totally stress-free claim
I can only assume this app has had a major overhaul since all the negative reviews. I was skeptical, in light of all the negative reviews, but decided to give it a chance. I’m not a tolerant or patient man, but neither was tested. Dead easy to make a claim and I got an email update the following day. A brilliant experience so-far.

App doesn’t even load!
As a paying customer for insurance I expect the app to at least load.. you click on it and it comes up with a white screen. Even when you open App Support on the App Store it comes up with a company that doesn’t refer to the app. Complete waste of time, shows how much interest they show in their customer experience. Shocking.

Rubbish
Complete waste of time. Unit all the details required & enclosed photos. Then the app was trying to start the claim again. Had I known a claim would be this difficult I wouldn’t have taken the insurance out in the first place. Still you live & learn.
