Barcode error
Not sure why whenever I try to scan a new garment using the barcode, an error message appears ‘error scanning barcode’. This really hinders the workflow. Is this a common occurrence?

When inputting a new garment or updating an inspected garment the information does not always save and the app does not tell you it didn’t save. This system allows you to put in the same QR code for multiple garments, it should give you an error and telling that tag is being used on another garment but it doesn’t! The company is HORRIBLE to deal with, you can contact them and it takes multiple communication attempts on your part and over a prolonged time and someone responds but typically only the rep who can’t help with your issues and it never does get resolved. I am still waiting on a response from 4 months ago! The system is not real user friendly to set up if you have a large institution with a lot of users and any kind of turnover. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Ugh
This latest update just killed all the usefulness of the mobile app. I used to be able to lookup all the things one the app that now I need a desktop computer for. Whoever made this decision wasn’t thinking straight. Completely nerfed what used to be a good app.
