Pretty good.
Not as good as the desktop version but it certainly gives me the info I need on the go and allows me to respond and navigate intuitively.
The most frustrating and infuriating part is I o come up with nickname to submit my review. Every attempt has been taken.

The app is stable and user friendly.
The dashboard is intuitive and the platform combines all platforms and reviews. Overall a good app to track hotel reputation and respond to guests.
