It is unstable on iPad (only version tested),
Widescreen image only visible in vertical orientation, and controls only visible in same orientation, it crashes, it won't update camera firmware, recording is not accessible can't rewind you can only watch, events don't work software needs a lot of work. App works ok, easy to connect but the smart wave cameras are average (purchased at praxis), despite purchasing the top HD 9series camera the video quality is not 720p as stated on the box, I have a VGA camera that gives better quality, streaming also suffers from blocking and even the photo option takes low quality pictures, I would not recommend this system for security as you will struggle to identify any person standing more that 2metres away from the camera.Show lessMarsbob
Disconnecting
I would love to give this app a great rating. Really. Would love to. If only it would work. Cameras set up and working. Monitor working. App set up with correct details, but apart from about ten seconds when it went green, it won't connect to the system. I've tried removing it, putting it back, resetting my ipad (4)all kinds of things, with no luck. I would be grateful for any input to assist me as I have now run out of instructions and can't access my system. I will gladly change my review if it is fixed.Show lessSleepygirl79
