Good AP BUT you have to pay extra for the things you’ll want.
Good AP it appears, and a lot of work done BUT after the $60 you’ll have to pay another $35 for the things trust me you’ll need for your training. Not sure why the developer didn’t just set a one price and give all the stuff you’ll want and need.

Screen freezing after open app using Ipad pro M1
Very bad experience after I payed and downloaded the app, I opened it my screen just freezing then out to Home Screen :((

It seems that the app update for iOS 18 has some unexpected issues. I’m working on a fix. Thank you for your patience. UPDATE: the latest version, 1.7.3, should fix this bug. Please give it a try, and consider updating the review if you are satisfied with the update.
Fantastic supplement to the airline manuals & tools
Having suffered through the Boeing CBT I found this app and all the offerings super useful.
My process was to have two iPads going at once, to do the read through on the App for each chapter first, followed by the FCOM chapter bouncing into the QRH as required.
Later following up with the flash cards also a great memory jog.

Pay and regret
People who look for interactive cockpit view , you guys will find only single zoomed screen shot of a switchnot even a layout And lots of essays that include coldest daddy jokes in it .

Misleading
Bought this app for nearly 60 dollars and thought it would be like the pictures in the App Store. Primarily I wanted it for flash cards and memory item training. Once I got the app… those two things don’t work unless you buy a further subscription….. not mentioned anywhere in the App Store. Very misleading and really a stitch. So a waste of $60 dollars….

Hi! Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with this purchase. The App Store page does mention that the 787 Guide Pro subscription is required for the Quiz Cards, but maybe it wasn’t made clear enough. Please contact the support email and we’ll see what we can do about this.

The app is overpriced, you paid 44$ of information you can find it on google and later they ask you to subscribe for more features for 20$ per month. 👎🏻

Hi Asef, Sorry to hear that you don’t like the value of the app. While a lot of the information is out there elsewhere (a lot is in the FCOM for example), it is hopefully a bit more digestible the way it’s presented in the 787 Guide app. Regarding the 787 Guide Pro subscription, the cost is $20 per year, not per month.

Good but not great.
There is a lot of information, however very superficial. As well there are several tab that require additional payment to access. For the cost seems a little lacking.

The pro edition is worth every penny if you’re currently flying the 787. Highly recommended.
Things you need to consider before purchasing
It’s a good app but you’ve to subscribe extra $19 per year for a pro version. It only includes educational calculator, memory item trainer, and 787 fact cards. I though they are going to include that in the app after paying all that. All is available in FCOM and I thought it was included. So don't waste you're money for the new stuffs because you can't get them for free. 😑

So useful
I used the paid version of this app when preparing to return to flying from a long absence. The app is fantastic and breaks down the need to know bits from the FCOM into understandable and easy to follow chapters. Would thoroughly recommend this app to anyone joining the 787 fleet.
Very helpful for a new B787 pilot
The app is well organized and well written and is continually being updated and amended. The author’s writing style makes it easier to absorb what is at times some pretty dry material.
