  • Wonderful app to meet new people!

I downloaded this app because I had heard that it was a great way to meet college kids. I don’t have to worry about age or sketchy people joining because you have to have a .edu address in order to get an account. I have met so many kids at my school through this app and will continue to use it to meet new people!! Easy to navigate. I encourage all college students to download this!!

  • Unable to sign up.

The sign up process requires an e-mail address ending in ".edu". This app fails to realize not all colleges and universities use e-mails with the suffix. My college for instance uses ".ca" e-mail addresses.
  • Lord of the Friendzy

This app is swarming with 18 year old perverts. If someone doesn't like what you have to say, it's easy to get blocked from a chat room, which takes forever to get into one in the first place. If your school isn't unlocked, which it may never be, you're forced to talk to pervs from other schools. Just to reveal who you're talking to, it shows your full name and school which makes it an easy way for people to stalk you. Definitely not anonymous. Might as well be an app for the people who you fear would put a roofie in your drink at a party. Seriously, don't bother if you're older than 21; it's a bunch graduated high schoolers.

  • Australia

Will the app soon become available for Australian Uni students?
  • Arrogant Spammers/Bad Experience

Friendsy is a horrible app. It's way too complicated for users. They need something easy to use. If you're looking for a Tinder Alternative which offers free unlimited swipes and the ability to match with people for friendships or long lasting relationships, Pear-U is a better alternative. Friendsy doesn't use location services so once you're out of campus, the app is literally useless. The .edu exclusive marketing model was great in 2004 and Facebook executed it well, but it's greatly outdated for 2015. These guys are just Zuckerburg want to be's. Not a good alternative to Tinder.

  • Sounds like a Brilliant App

Please make it available to students of UK colleges and universities.
  • Keep playing with it and you are on your way!

I like this app because it actually uses your college email so you know it's not a fake account. You also have three options to choose from which is very unique. This apps takes a little bit of time to get the hang of but, once you get it it's pretty easy to use. Already have two dates scheduled!
  • Please update

Because my school isn't part of friendsy (There aren't enough people on it because my college is very small) I can't connect with people from my school. What's worse is that I go to a women's college and wanted to use the app to connect with guys at nearby colleges but there's no way to connect with others near you. Just people at your school. There's a chat option to talk with people anywhere but it just randomly selects someone from anywhere in the country. Please update so that nearby colleges can mingle with each other. Thanks.

  • Can't use the app

My university doesn't allow us to use student emails for things like this. Please allow to use non school emails
  • Great Start for a Tinder Replacement

It's an excellent concept. It's cool being able to find matches for friends, not just dating/hookups. Love the colors, but the layout is a bit confusing. Instead of going through all of the profiles again after reaching the end, there should be a button that lets you go through them again and if you don't press the button, you'll just wait for new users to join and when they do, they'll show up (like Tinder)
