360 degree view from seat made my purchase easy!
I haven’t come across a ticketing site that allows you to see the view from your seat with a 360 degree view. I’ve had bad experiences on other marketplaces where I was disappointed with my view. Rukkus makes the purchase easy!!! Prices are great too!

I have been charged different amounts 4 times for one order! I've had to raise disputes with my credit card company.
The lack of response or action is disturbing. I don't doubt continuing to receive more charges from them.

I'm going to be honest and admit I was super skeptical of using this app after reading all the bad reviews but I have had nothing but a very pleasant experience with them! We usually use seatgeek but I found their prices significantly cheaper after seeing them on the AppStore so we decided to try them out. We got our tickets almost 2 weeks early! I was worried we wouldn't receive them (we paid over $500 for them) because I had never used this app before but customer service always reassured me they guaranteed to deliver before the event time and would ship to wherever I was! They were great and were always available and answered my questions no matter how silly. I highly recommend. Will definitely use again! Thank you so much!

I purchased tickets from this app back in January. Days before the concert they've issued my ticket to someone else! I am so disgusted and worried because these people had my Card info, which I've now switched, but I have no trace of a redemption credit or reimbursement anywhere on my account file. I've paid for a hotel, made arrangements to sight see in the city for a get away concert and as I go to print out out my ticket, they've now switched my name out with someone else's. I've already emailed them about this matter and I hope it gets resolved, good luck with that right? Please be very careful who you decide to give your card information to, don't make the same mistake I did. Please no matter how much you want to see a band, don't buy from an untrustworthy source. Really disappointed.

Had bud luck twice
We tried ordering tickets 2 different times from this app. First time they said it was a problem on their end and were very sorry but we have to refund your money back . Didn't really give me a good reason about tickets ,But said next purchase u will get 10% off. Gave them a second chance and they said I'm very sorry something happened on our end and were gonna have to refund your money back . I explained to the guy I had seen the tickets on my phone and then when I tried to print them from my computer they disappeared . Notes said awaiting for sender to upload tickets. I explained to the guy that this happened twice in one month. He said sorry but next 4 purchases u can get 10% off. I don't want 10% off how about u give me free tickets. I don't really wanna give them another chance cuz I'm afraid it might happen again. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone and I'll stick to another app. Thanks for your time rukkus.

The other day I had searched all over the Internet for Andrea Bocelli tickets to gift my father, a wealthy British nobleman, for his birthday. I had given up my search after hours of navigating all sorts of different ticket websites. I was fairly upset until a friend recommended "Rukkus" to me. Rukkus made my search for tickets very simple, had great deals and even showed me the view from the seats I had purchased. Really is the best ticket site on the market!
The only downside from my experience with Rukkus would be that my father didn't like how far away our seats were and proceeded to beat me with jumper cables like I was a rented mule. It was a pretty significant drawback.
5/5 would recommend to a friend.

Great app but..
Unfortunately there is no window of time you can return a purchase.
Purchased an extra ticket accidentally and tried speaking to someone within minutes and could not get a refund.
Even a 15 min window should be given to allow corrections for human error.
Working in business unfortunately I'd deem this as bad business practice.

Great app!
Love this app. I sent an invite to all my friends to download. I know they attend a lot of concerts and sports events and the app definitely found every event in my city and all over the world. I think everyone will enjoy this app a lot.

This is an amazing App to find live concert/ sports/theatre events in your area. I love how I can choose my seating and price range on the actual venue seating map.
Great feature to hear music from artists playing near you, that you might not be familiar with.
It automatically finds events near my location but still leaves me the choice to search any city.
