Awful
This is not fit for purpose. It is so temperamental, most of the time it does not work, some of the time is is ‘buffering’ for hours on end, and on the rare occasion it does work there is massive lag. I will be asking our security guys to look into something different. Very dissatisfied!!Ghyfvk

This app works good. It does the job. But it keeps crashing on my phone. Every time I go to look at a playback video it crashes. Or just randomly. Last is I don’t know if there is a setting but the playback video is so slowww.0113HannahG0113

Need a replacement, dropping out from WiFi 4/5 times a day and has to be reset , also can’t remote view cameras from 4 . Was a good app BUT NOW ITS RUBBISH .Lar B .

The worst and most cynically unsupported app
This app doesn’t work on most commercially available routers. The company only updated it to put advertising on it and does not respond to enquiries.
