This app is awful
If I could give a negative star I would. This app is always going down. It cost me money and has no consistent at all. You never know when it will stop working. I’m a driver a small company in Georgia called DashRabbit and it messes up all the time.adc227
This company has no clue on how to run a platform.
They say they are doing updates and that the system will be down at tops 30 minutes. Lies. The app has been down for a week at a time in December. And it comes back. Then goes back down. Very unreliable. It’s like they have a 5 year old running the system. It’s good when it works BUT if your business relies on revenue, customers, and getting work done, then this app is VERY unreliable. I was thinking of branding the app but I’m glad I did not. I’m still searching for an app to help me run my business.Show lessmel24seven
Meh to the nth power
Completely unreliable. Lags, doesn’t allow buttons to be pushed, goes down altogether frequently. Allows you to accept fare before going to bid and then still doesn’t give you the fare. When it works it’s great. When it doesn’t it makes me want to punch myself in the face repeatedly so that I can drown out the frustration of trying to rely on this app.Show lessphilament23
