Not working

I can not get this program to work. It changes it’s mind about weather it is pursuing colour or word.
Please fix, I need this app.

No sound or support to resolve issue

I’ve gotten used to having sound with the app but now when using on my iPad there isn’t any. The app on my iPhone works fine but the screen is a bit small for me. I’ve tried reaching out to the support team to resolve this issue but I haven’t heard anything back. Also, it’d be nice if there were a paid version to not have to deal with the pop-up ads after each game. The ads are not overly intrusive but I still find them annoying. Despite recent issues, it’s a decent app that I enjoy using.

Great app when working properly

I tried your app support link, but it doesn’t work so I’m contacting you here. I have the unlocked expert mode, but for some reason now when using your app after every time I do a cycle I get a pop up ad when I press restart. Even worse than the new ads, the ads freeze on the screen and I can’t X out of it and have to manually close/clear the app to start again. Please help!

Crashes on open

Awful

The game tally doesn’t work as some other reviews have said. It doesn’t give you the right score, which is the whole point of the game. Also, this app charged me $1.99 to unlock the expert mode, which I never authorized, and there was no option for a refund. AND...the app doesn’t have an option to delete it from your phone. Seems like a scam to me.

I hope I can help you by clarifying a few things: 1) The scoring system works as follows: If you give a correct answer, you get +1 point, else lose 1 point. Please refer to the instructions what the correct answer means. 2) It's not possible to make an in-app purchase without action and authorization by the user. If you think you've made a purchase by accident, please contact the Apple support team. 3) About how to delete the app, please refer to Apple's article titled "How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch".

Really enjoy this game!

My neuro chiropractor uses this as an exercise during my weekly appointments, along with duel tasking. At first it was challenging and now it’s really enjoyable! There is a slight glitch when you try going back to the main menu but I’m pretty sure that Stroop Effects programmers could fix that bug ;) ::hint hint:: Other than that, it’s great!

Simple but clean design

I wanted to do the stroop test as part of my neurofeedback training sessions and this works great. This might be a complicated addition but I'd like for there to be a mode that lets the app use voice recognition so that the player can select the choice by saying the color of the tint out loud.

Maybe I’m stupid?

The rules don’t seem to apply or maybe there is a glitch in the game or maybe I just don’t understand the instructions. You’re supposed to look at the “tint” so doesn’t that mean the color and then select the name or color at the bottom? Instructions don’t make sense I’ve tried it both ways and variably get done right and some wrong. So what are the actual instructions?

Dear Sonyafly! I'm sorry to hear that you have difficulties understanding the rules. The latest update explains the rules in a more verbose manner.

More colours does not change difficulty.

I seem to be getting the same score (give or take a couple) across both difficulties.

I don’t think that introducing more colours increases the difficulty as much as you think, you see the mechanic is just the same; see the colour, read the word. More colours changes near nothing.
