Excellent APP
This app allows the live update of the database so that my techβs do not have to call in or wait for the work order on paper for the information. They can take the Payment and send a detailed email to the customer with all the information.
Major Money/Time Saver
It was tough moving away completely from paper after doing it all these years. After getting adjusted, our company can truly see the time and money saved from moving to this digital platform. Minimizing data entry and paperwork, converting our stockroom into the same platform, giving all techs their schedules on the go, and much more... my only complaint is the timeout protocol. You have to stay active or you are required to force close the app and start all over. It would be nice if the timeout protocol was set to 8 hours or heck, even 2 hours. We cannot complete a service call without having to close the app and reboot everything. This one change would make a huge difference for us.
Also, keep updating the app so people at least think you are trying to work on improvements...

Please fix bugs
This is the most glitchy app I've ever used. Locks up and takes FOREVER to switch from screen to screen, also can't it all be done on one screen????!!!!

Alarm history takes forever to load and still cannot access and edit the zone descriptions. Techs are still using web tech instead

What a huge disappointment!
Needs some work.
Would like to see different layout options, or a revised app. Currently app is only useful if your company completely uses the scheduling features in MKMS. From our experience we would prefer to have an app to be able to list all open workers and what tech they assigned to. This is more beneficial so the technician is responsible and held accountable for scheduling and working other work orders into their spare time. This is more beneficial since secretary's don't always know how much time to a lot for certain service calls since they are not technically savy. This is also labor saving so the tech can work other calls into their spare time when in a certain area. Currently this app doesn't fit most needs unless you have a dedicated person responsible for nothing but scheduling, and this is not cost effective.
