Will update review when you add the ability to turn off the ringer when you call your bot. For all of you wondering you have to make 2 accounts to talk/control your bot and add both accounts as FRIENDS!dannyp2313
Can't Make Calls
The app won't connect when trying to call. I've tried on multiple wifi networks and LTE. I always get a "poor network" error. Worthless.nvd1
Not there yet
The software is buggy and support is nom existent. You can connect and video chat from the same building but not from far away. It just doesn't and support does not respond to emails.Caryandkim
Great idea, but poorly executed
I really wanted to love the product, but with all the glitches it's hard to give it more than one star. The app design itself is clean and straightforward, but the core functions are almost unusable. The robot was suppose to function as a security measure for my home when I was away. I needed to be able to remotely access the robot, but the auto answering only works when the iPad for the robot is in the application. If the iPad goes to sleep or locks you will have no way on accessing the robot. Until this problem is fixed the robot is basically unusable.Show lessHans6720
Works, but connection requirements too much
Not sure what went wrong with the current version, last version seemed to be working fine, now even on a local wireless network it refuses to connect "poor network". The developer needs to work on reducing the connection speed needs. If facetime can work on the same network so should this app!dshchoy
