Why no sequel?

This is easily the best shmup ever made on mobile, and one of my favorites overall. The story is great, the writing is clever, the mechanics and weapons are fun, along with elemental effects, and the combinations and sheer volume of equipment available with random rolls is enough to keep you occupied long after you’ve beaten the game. Tons of ships to unlock that actually play differently, not just simple weapon swaps, and affect your choice of equipment. Prices were fair, too. I really wish they’d make a follow up already. It’s been years, but I still come back and play through the story every now and again. Can’t say that for many of the other mobile games I’ve got.

Anybody still play this in 2023 lol?

If you loved Galaga like games then this is the one. Games simple but fun. I used to skip the Story but the story actually picks up and gets somewhat interesting 😂 currently in sector 77 as of typing this.

I miss this game!

So many memories of playing this in my free time, and no other game really scratches the Galaga itch while also being so polished and innovative. Finding this game again after so long was like finding a needle in a haystack, especially with all the new (and terrible) Galaga clones.

Will you ever come back?

I recently found this game in my purchased list and decided to replay it.

It’s still fun, but gets boring later in on as stages one after another are repetitive. With only the level of difficulty increasing.

So clearly, this game still needs more features and improvements.

Still strong after years

Suddenly wanted to revisit this game since I played it 8 years ago, turned out it still beat the latest space shooter games in the App Store.

There is a simple plot and characters dedicated to the game title. Each character even has its own illustration. Though the plot is not important to the game, it does make the game more enjoyable than just a plain shooter game.

The gaming is creative. Enemy drones move around a lot with bullets from different angles. The HP bar is nice so you don’t die too easily. Upgrading system is nicely balanced, you will be more capable against enemy fleets with weapon upgrades, but you won’t get crazy bullet showers that overpower the enemy. Not to mention, the jet itself can be upgraded with in-game money.

However, as it progresses, there’re downsides that make the game not as fun. The game stages can be quite repetitive. And earning money takes way too long just to buy one upgrade. Also, the offset between the jet and your finger is quite close and can’t be adjusted, it can be difficult to play along with this setting.

While other new space shooters are poorly balanced with overpowering upgrades, almost static enemy fleets, poor graphic designs and UI, this game is relatively creative and brings me lots of fun. Though the game can’t be searched without typing the exact title, it still stands out in the crowd.

Amazing Game!

Compare this game to other games and wow its pretty special and unique. Each level is different and all the sectors have a well thought out name and story behind them. It is interesting and is a fun game to play offline. It is simplistic but still enjoyable. If the devs read this an update for more sectors would be amazing! 5 stars definitely. This game deserves a lot more attention.

Work on game pls

Ok so, can you add more levels?
Also fix some bugs.

We wish we could give better ratings, but if you dont ever come back on this game, welp the ratings stay the same

Suggestions and comments

Very fun once you get a decent ship and some items.

My first suggestion is to make a cores to credits conversion, so that after you buy all of the core ships you can still use the cores for something.
My second suggestion is to add more ships! After you get the core ships, anvindr, and the raikou (core ships plus 35 credit ships), the other ones are underwhelming. In other words add more late game stuff.

Just a general note, regular crates are almost entirely useless, even in very late stages. The only usable accessories in the regular crates are the guns that give a chance for regular bullets to stun, which you then pair with a ship like the Akama for stun locks. It would be cool to make credits and regular crates a little more relevant.

Pay to Win

Difficulty ramps up significantly within the beginning of the game (20 to 30mins), and as a result you will have to replay levels to grind for in game currency to upgrade your weapons or take the risk of paying for a lootcrate drop with 100 credits and getting a useless weapon/mod anyway. I’ve played this game since the iPhone 4S came out, I enjoy it time to time but the pay to win aspect makes it hard for me to WANT to play for more than a little.

Fun for a while...

Fun game for the first few levels. Then everything seems to hit a paywall with the boss of 3. Enemies far outrank your power and it gets to where you have to be incredibly good with spider sense or pay for upgrades.
