  • App is doesn’t work correctly .

    Can’t reset password just tells me my password is incorrect. When I click forgot password it don’t do anything. Also am not able to make a new account or register a new account when I put a different number in it does nothing when I click continue. Please fix ASAP. Then I can give an update on the review once I’m able to use the app with the actual product.

  • What’s going on?

    I bought a security camera and downloaded the app but it won’t even let me register my number! Tried calling customer service and phone line has been turned off, tried emailing but their inbox is full. Please help!
  • Why do you want my phone number???

    I purchased 2 of your light bulbs. I just want to use the bulbs with HomeKit. It appears that I must use your app to get the HomeKit code. The App seems to require my cell phone number. How do I get the HomeKit code with out a phone number?

    - The camera internal clock ignores the time zone.
    - There is no way to delete the old video clips from the camera other than reformatting the entire SD card.
    - The camera is always active regardless of whether the home for the whole app is in security mode or not. The only way to stop the camera from reacting to motion is by disabling the motion sensor.
    - What is the meaning of the lock symbol? It’s not linked to the security mode of the app, or is it? It does not seem to serve any useful function.

  • Great potential, but needs fine-tuning!

    This review is for Rubetek Wi-Fi bulb. The product works as advertised and come with great features, namely support for all three major players in consumer home automation. User can control brightness, color and on/off from within Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa and/or Google Home.

    Suggestions for Rubetek developers:
    1. Fix localization. For example «Назад»
    2. Had to add/remove the bulb with the app before I was able to get a valid HomeKit code after firmware update. The app needs to provide valid HomeKit accessory code.
    3. Online Alexa instructions are missing a step to enable Rubetek skill.
    4. Online HomeKit instructions are missing a step on how to obtain HomeKit accessory code from bulb settings/info scene.
    5. Phone country code selection is not sorted alphabetically and is missing USA. I had to select incorrect country with the +1 country code in order to enable skills.
    6. No online instructions on how to enable Google Home skill.

  • Work on light bulbs.

    I literally can’t even connect my lightbulb to my phone i get it to connect the first second to my phone till then it disconnects and says it’s not connected. Please please. PLEASE. Fix this. I just got it and already wanna throw it away. It don’t change colors and won’t connect to my HomeKit not even your own app.

  • Headache, unfortunately!

    Good luck! Seems like the stars may need to align for this app to function/connect. Wasted a whole morning trying to get this thing to connect. I think it did, as the sounds it makes seem to be accurate, but it just doesn’t register on the app and says “Error” when you know by the sounds in the directions that it (probably) did connect.

    Camera disconnects from internet and won’t connect. Needs to be reset and connected each single day. What a shame...
