Terrible Streaming Quality, Terrible Customer Service
For roughly A$20 a month you would expect at least watchable content to be streamed from any “supported device.
Cannot get quality higher than what looks like 240p at best on perfectly working high speed internet on multiple devices. iPad, iPhone and Apple TV. Streaming in web browsers seems to be the only way to get good quality. Make that make sense.
After attempting to watch 20mins of 1 stage finally had enough and lost hope of the quality improving. Cancelled subscription and was looking to get a refund as I really didn’t get anything of value for my money to find that basically the policy is, NO REFUNDS EVER.
Shockingly bad.
How is someone supposed to get into rally if this is their only option to watch?

Love the coverage, app is frustratingly poor quality
Love the coverage and WRC - WRC should just create a paid YouTube channel like Supercar. AirPlay to TV from app is poor, can’t remember where you were in a video when you close the app. Very poor build.

Great improvement from previous versions. Fairly easy to use, I would like to see included season calendar and results tables in app, as currently there are external links to website.
Everything related to rally and rally-cross in one place.

Awesome! A lot of improvements and great content
With the latest improvement this app now works perfectly. The coverage is incredible, with the 24/7 channel always showing undiscovered content.
This is also the best way of following the live events and not missing any stage.
I even started watching some ERC and World RX since is shown in the 24/7 and added for free to the same subscription tier.

Best way to watch rally
Great way of watch the WRC. User friendly and with a lot of content also from the ERC and World RX now that they have added those championships to the same subscription.
Also the 24/7 channel is nice to have on the background. I am now watching new content all the time.

This is my first dive into Rally this year. Living in the U.S makes it very hard to keep up with the live events. What’s nice is being able to go back and watch all the WRC stages but it’s a shame that the media zones all disappear along with the lower class races. Now being the first weekend for WRX of the season I was hoping to watch the full event including RX2 and other classes besides the top WRX class. I was disappointed this morning to find all the hears except the top class are gone. Wish I was able to watch the full event once the subscription is. It cheap.

Need to improve the streaming quality
I love all things rally, and it seems that this service is putting all of the great content in one place. However, I am frustrated every time I try to watch anything by the terrible quality of the streaming. There are four options Auto, Low, Good, and Best - but it doesn’t matter which one you choose, nothing changes. If this was improved, I would watch every day. Please fix this.

Video quality is shocking for the price!
Please improve quality of the streamed video. It reminds me of dialup internet.
At least enable downloads for completed stages of rallies in progress. Very annoying to have to have to wait for the rally to complete the downlod every stages.
Downloads often fail and I have to start and restart. Get your act together!

Almost Perfect
The only place to watch fantastic live footage of the best Motorsport in the world. Was super excited to see that I could finally stop streaming off of my phone to my smart TV only to have that option yanked away after only two rallies all because the app was pulled from the google play store for Sony Bravia. Ended up having to purchase a Firetv stick to plug into my smart tv so I can enjoy the live coverage that I’m paying for. Hopefully they get it sorted soon as firetv is trash.

Pretty good
There is some differences in menu from the website to the app that make it a bit confusing. Overall a useful app for me to watch my favourite motorsport. I would ask that the current news from WRC etc. be easier to find. At the moment if I want the newest article I go back to the website. I have not been able to find that feature on the app.
