Я тоже негодую с той стороны, что нет клиентского приложения или виджета, где был бы его личный кабинет, чтобы он мог отслеживать остаток по абонементу и для каждой новой записи не заполнять имя и номер. Если такая возможность есть - добавьте, может быть, новый тариф, пусть подороже, но с такой возможностью, а так все очень удобно
