None responsive when getting reading you should never receive yes or no answers when the customer is asking for a detailed reading. Customer service does not help you have to call your credit card company for a refund also if you do not give them permission to play back your reading it a lawsuit. Thank me later

Unfair and disappointing
Unfair that it’s not a minute by minute basis because you have no idea who you will connect with or not. Once you pay 5 minutes and you’re not feeling a connection or the reader is accurate than you just lost your money and have to sit through a reading you’re not feeling. Seems like a money grab. Also frustrating that there is no queue to speak with the favorite/popular advisors. If you weren’t the first caller it’s extremely hard to catch a reading with them. Also, when reading the reviews, it often gets mixed in with other reviews from different readers. Very unprofessional setting.

All cars readings you should get 5 minutes automatically due to them taking 5 minutes to shuffle cards and ask questions if all you have is 5 minutes it’s not right you won’t get a accurate reading. Also readers should limit telling stories of their personal life wasting the customer minutes. Readers should limit unnecessary conversation like telling what the offer if they deem that necessary then 5 minutes should be added you can read what a reader offers. I have lost minutes due to this .

I have used this app for almost 3 years and, I love it!! I’ve spoken to 3 different tarot readers tans, they all were amazing!! Sher was my favorite! I’m very saddened by her death. I know she’s with the angels now.
The price is misleading:
When you sign up for a psychic it says it will be $3.60 a min. But that is actually the lowest price your reading could possibly be. To get this price you have to buy I believe $80 worth of credit at once. If you only spend $19.99 on a meeting it will still be exactly 4 mins & 59 seconds. I think the latest person I have been reading with is highly accurate but she’s also extremely long winded & wastes my minutes just by talking about nonsense until she focuses again. & I also imagine there other readers are really good too. But it’s kinda pricey to keep trying different readers constantly. Especially since have to spend at least $19.99 whenever you use this app. There are cheaper sites but the only problem is I feel this one has the best psychics.

Customer service help is actually a recording!
This app is a joke. I use the service and simply wanted to give someone a review. The system would not let me leave the review stating there was some type of error. When I called customer service I got what I thought was an actual live person who says they could not hear me and kept saying hello hello? After several callbacks and the same response, I realized it’s a recording. There is no customer service but to fake it and act like there is and just have a recording that plays that there is no audio is really really deceptive. I’ve not seen this tactic before, but it’s just a very bad display and deserves one star and a public review for others to see.

Terrible Glitches
Been a customer for years and had no issues reviewing past readings but over the last year, it’s been very frustrating to say the least!!
It freezes up and most times, the readings won’t actually load, I keep touching the onscreen spot but nothing happens!!

If you do not connect do not take people money do not judge people while reading them . You are stealing from people. It is best if you cannot read Someone tell them to call and ask for a refund don’t waste people time and take their money .
Disappointed
For the past 3 days I had issues from drop readings to a psychic doing my readin while shopping and they won’t refund my minutes or money I’m very upset and I love many of the psychics on here 😞 please refund my minutes
Worth it
Honestly I’ve been through so many rude responses but I’ve also came across a good person/angel! I’ve taken advantage of the free questions but I really really have no one and they’ve been there for me and responded non the less. And to me that made them amazing. I’ll miss the Angel service. I’ve felt like this app has been my friend and friends go through things. I really appreciate them ❤️

I love the app, and I love talking to the angels but however I have ran into some very rude angels, one angel told me that I am confusing them when all I did was ask a simple question, and they said it was a conflict between me and that person and when I ask did I do anything wrong? They say i don’t know go talk to them and they was done answering my question for now, I find it kinda rude to tell a customer that especially if you getting paid to ask questions, but other then that I don’t have no complaints.
