Where is my withdrawal method I won and after I deposited the last of what I had and now all of sudden the whole withdrawal button disappeared and I won $58 and put in $30

The game is low entry fees with low payouts. However it does pay. The game is fun! The small amount I requested to withdraw was in my account within 36 hours. Again the game does payout.
Banned my account for winning
I verified my account using my real name and payment information and played normally in the skill-based games on 8 Ball Strike. I won fairly, but shortly afterward my account was permanently banned by Avia Games.
